The Community by myQ app is part of the myQ Smart Community access solution for apartment buildings and multifamily communities. The app allows residents to manage guest access with their smartphone – anytime, from anywhere. With crystal-clear video and customizable access permissions, residents can view and verify their guests’ identities before granting them entry to the building or community from their smartphone. Through the Community by myQ app residents can:
* Receive video calls for visual confirmation of the guest trying to access the community and/or building
* Open the gate and/or unlock the door remotely
* Grant secure access for delivery people and service providers
